Cover the floor surrounding the BrilliantPad machine with regular puppy pads or with the BrilliantPad transition pads included with the machine. This is especially important if you are not home during the day to put the puppy on the machine when it is time to go potty. Once your puppy goes potty on the pads, gradually remove them until there is only one on top of the machine.
If after you remove the transition pad from the machine, your puppy won’t go potty on the platform, restore the transition pad and try removing it again a few days later.
