Yes. The BrilliantPad machine has a 12-month warranty. However, if you register your BrilliantPad, we will extend your warranty an additional 12 months at no additional charge.
Limited Warranty and Terms of Service
BrilliantPad is designed for dogs under 25 pounds that use traditional puppy pads at the time of purchase and for training puppies under 14 weeks of age. All dogs require some training to adopt new behavior. Customers must provide evidence of compliance with a BrilliantPad Training Plan for thirty consecutive days to be eligible for a refund.
BrilliantPad is not recommended or supported for adult dogs that do not currently use pads. No refunds will be provided for adult dogs that do not use pads at time of purchase of BrilliantPad machine.
All BrilliantPad roll sales are final. Only unopened and unused packaged may be returned. No opened, used or partially used rolls may be returned or refunded.
BrilliantPad carries a Limited Warranty for one year from the date of purchase on all major parts if used and maintained under normal conditions. Limited warranty can be extended to two years with product registration on BriliantPad.com website
Brilliant Pet 2 LLC will replace or repair at its option major parts free of charge. Limited Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents or unauthorized services or parts, or the combination of BrilliantPad with parts or other products provided by other manufacturers.
To the extent allowed by law, Brilliant Pet 2 LLC shall not be responsible or liable for any personal injury, property or incidental damage of any kind resulting from malfunctions, defects, misuse, improper use or alteration of this product.
This Limited Warranty applies only to original purchaser of BrilliantPad product and cannot be altered, enlarged or changed by any retailer or person whatsoever.
