In order to be eligible for a refund, customers must provide evidence satisfactory to BrilliantPad of eligibility, including compliance with a BrilliantPad Training Plan for thirty consecutive days. BrilliantPad reserves the right to request additional eligibility information and documentation in its sole discretion. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization. Customers are subject to a return shipping fee equal to 10% of their purchase price.
BrilliantPad is not recommended for adult dogs that do not currently use pads. No refunds will be provided for any dog older than 14 weeks of age that does not already use traditional pads at time of purchase of BrilliantPad machine.
Replacement roll sales are final. Only unopened and unused replacement rolls may be returned. No used or partially used replacement rolls may be returned or refunded.
