What if my dog is scared or nervous?

If your dog is scared or afraid of BrilliantPad relax! Don’t force him onto the machine!

Doing so will only increase your dog’s anxiety. For the best chance of success, put the machine away for a few days and give your dog a chance to relax before re-introducing BrilliantPad. Then cover the machine completely in pads. After your dog is going potty regularly on the machine, slowly remove some pads and gradually reveal more of the machine. If  your dog has a problem or accident after removing a pad, put it back and then try removing it a few days later.
