If the WiFi light next to the Connect button is flashing (and only the WiFi light is flashing), it means BrilliantPad Smart is connected to your WiFi network but not the BrilliantPad server.
This can happen when a router does not have an Internet connection, devices aren’t properly trafficked by your router, or there is a problem with the BrilliantPad server.
Try these steps:
- Unplug the module, wait a few moments and plug it back it.
- Check to see if you can go to a website like Google or your favorite news site from another device on the same network. If you cannot access the internet, please reset your router.
- If the problem persists, please contact support by calling 312-348-7915 or by submitting a help desk request.
